When accessing a contact through an integrated CRM such as WelcomeHome or Aline (Enquire or Sherpa), Sidekick analyzes the sales stage and whether you are in senior living or home care, and suggests the most effective type of video to help move the relationship forward. Whether you're responding to a new inquiry, confirming a tour, or following up after a visit, Sidekick ensures your outreach is timely, relevant, and impactful.
Send SalesMail videos via the Heymarket app using the Share Heymarket icon on the SalesMail share page in the SalesMail mobile app.
The AI Script Writer helps you quickly generate ideas and talking points for your next video based on your audience or goal. This feature reduces the stress of knowing what to say and helps teams communicate more clearly and consistently. Not into AI? The Script Library also lets you write your own.
Our new teleprompter allows you to follow a script while recording so you can stay on message and deliver a smoother, more confident video. Scripts can be AI-generated, written by you, or provided by your organization.
Leaders can now create and share ready-to-use scripts across their organization. These scripts can include merge elements that automatically insert each team member’s name, job title, and community, ensuring consistent messaging while keeping outreach personal.

HeartLegacy is now SalesMail. Along with our new name, we’ve introduced a refreshed portal and mobile app experience designed to be more intuitive, modern, and easier to navigate.
SalesMail helps automate key parts of the personalization process, making it faster and easier to create relevant, high-impact outreach. When using one of our bidirectional CRM integrations, you can simply search for a prospect and SalesMail will automatically personalize your video with custom lenses (such as whiteboards or wood signs featuring the recipient’s name), pre-populate contact details in your message, and send push notifications that let you know exactly when — and who — has watched your video.
You can now add your LinkedIn profile to your contact info, making it easier to connect.
New lenses help capture attention and drive more video views. Options include beautify filters, holiday themes, custom signs, sentiment overlays, and other creative visual enhancements.
You can now add background music to videos to help set the tone and create a more engaging viewer experience.
