The SalesMail Chrome Extension lets you access and share your videos directly from wherever you work, including your CRM, Gmail, and other browser-based tools. You can quickly select a video, paste it into your message, and send without switching apps.

Install The SalesMail Chrome Extension

1.  In a Chrome-based browser such as Google Chrome or Edge, click here to open the SalesMail extension in the Chrome Web Store and then click Add to Chrome.  Note: If you are using Edge, you might get prompted and have to "allow extensions from other stores". 

2. Pin the SalesMail extension so you always see the green SalesMail icon in your browser bar.  Click the puzzle piece icon next to the address bar and then click the thumbtack icon next to the SalesMail Extension:
  

3.  Once you pin the SalesMail extension you will see a little green SalesMail icon in your browser bar. Click it at any time to pull up your SalesMail extension.

  

4.  If presented with a login screen in the SalesMail extension, log in with your SalesMail username and password.  

How It Works

Using the Chrome Extension is simple:

1. Open any tool
   Work in your CRM, Gmail, or any browser-based platform. The SalesMail panel appears alongside your workspace.
2. Pick your video
   Search or browse your video library and click any video to copy it.
3. Paste and send
   Paste the video into your message and send. You will receive push notifications when your video is viewed so you can follow up at the right time.

Templates

To accommodate different tools you may be pasting SalesMail videos into, several template options are available.

By default, clicking a video will copy the Email template, which works well in most tools. If you are sharing in a different format, you can choose from:

• Text to copy a simple intro and link
• Social to copy just the video link
• HTML for more advanced use cases

In most cases, the default Email template or one of these options will work.

Bonus: Click the Settings (gear) icon to access additional templates. The Modern template, available only in the extension, features rounded edges and centered contact information and is optimized for mobile viewing.
