NEW: Regional Reporting

NEW: Regional Reporting

Regional Reporting gives organizations with multiple communities a simple way to measure, compare, and improve SalesMail performance across their regions.

With Regional Reporting, you can roll up community-level activity by region, compare performance across regions, and drill down to see the communities that make up each region.

How to Get Regional Reporting Set Up

To get started, provide your Client Success Specialist with a list of your communities and the region associated with each community.

For example:

CommunityRegion
Community A  Southeast
Community B  Southeast
Community C  Northeast
Community D  Northeast

Your Client Success Specialist will use this information to configure your organization's regions in SalesMail.

Important: Regions are assigned at the community level, so each community should be associated with the appropriate region.

Reports Now Include a Region Column in Exports

When you export/download reports such as:

  • User Usage
  • User Details
  • Corporate Report

the Region associated with the community will be included in the download.

This allows you to use Excel or another spreadsheet tool to sort, filter, and analyze your data by region.

For example, you can filter a User Usage report to see activity from users within a specific region or compare activity across multiple regions.

New Region Report

Once your regions are configured, you'll also have access to a new Region Report.

The Region Report provides a roll-up of SalesMail activity by region, making it easier to compare performance across your organization.

From the Region Report, you can:

  • View SalesMail activity for each region
  • Compare performance across regions
  • Identify regions with strong engagement
  • Identify regions that may benefit from additional coaching or adoption efforts
  • Drill down into an individual region to see the statistics for the communities within that region
When you export or download the Region Report, the data is rolled up by region. For detailed statistics by community, use the Corporate Report. For detailed statistics by user, use the User Usage Report.

This gives corporate and regional leaders a higher-level view of SalesMail usage while still allowing them to see the individual communities contributing to each region's results.

Why Use Regional Reporting?

Regional Reporting gives your organization another way to understand and improve SalesMail adoption.

Use it to:

  • Benchmark regional performance
  • Recognize high-performing regions and communities
  • Identify opportunities to improve adoption
  • Create healthy competition between regions
  • Share best practices from successful regions
  • Give regional leaders greater visibility into their teams' SalesMail activity

By combining the Regions Report with the regional information available in your downloadable reports, you can better understand where SalesMail is being used successfully and where additional focus may help your teams get more value from the platform.
