The 3 Call-To-Action Buttons Every Home Care Team Should Have

The 3 Call-To-Action Buttons Every Home Care Team Should Have

If your video doesn’t clearly guide the next step, families often won’t take one.  CTA buttons show up directly beneath your video to drive recipients to take some next action. Set these up once in your CTA Library, and you can quickly & easily add them to any of your SalesMail videos!

Here are the top  3 CTA buttons to set up in your CTA Library.

1. Schedule Free In-Home Assessment(Most Important)

Use when: After an inquiry, intro video, or early conversation

Why it matters:
This is the primary conversion event in home care. When a new inquiry comes in, families are often reaching out to multiple providers. A quick, personal video helps you stand out—and a clear CTA makes it easy for them to choose you first.

Button text options:

  • Schedule Free In-Home Assessment
  • Book Your Free Assessment
  • Schedule a Care Assessment

👉 If you only add one CTA, make it this one. Link it to your scheduling form.

2. Hear a Client Story

Use when: Building trust with families who are unsure

Why it matters:
Families trust other families more than anything you say.

Button text options:

  • Hear a Client Story
  • Watch a Client Story
  • See a Real Story

👉 Link to a testimonial video from a client.

3. Leave a Review

Use when: After a positive interaction or ongoing care

Why it matters:
Reviews directly impact referrals and future inquiries.

Button text options:

  • Leave a Review
  • Share Your Experience
  • Tell Us How We’re Doing
👉 This is your growth flywheel CTA.  Link this to Google business or other review page.

💡 Best Practice (Quick but important)

Mention the CTA in your video

Example:

“You can schedule your free in-home assessment using the button below.”
(Pointing below while you say this can drive even more engagement)
