At SalesMail, we love videos that feel natural and personal. In many moments, speaking freely and casually is exactly what makes video so effective.
At the same time, we know there are certain scenarios where having a little structure can be incredibly helpful.
The Script Library and Teleprompter are especially useful when:
Sharing standardized or management-approved messaging across a team (for example, inquiry responses, tour reminders, or follow-ups)
Supporting new team members who are still getting comfortable on camera
Making sure key details are covered in important or longer messages, such as policy updates, emergency or weather communications, and other corporate messages
Create and save scripts in your Script Library
Write scripts manually or generate them using AI
Pull a script into the teleprompter while recording a video
Read naturally while staying on message
Teams can choose when to use a script and when to record completely free-form.
Script creation and sharing is role-based to ensure consistency while still giving teams flexibility:
Standard users can create and use their own scripts, but cannot share scripts with other users.
Admin or Corporate users can create scripts and share them with other users within their own client account (not across all locations).
Your Client Success Specialist (CSS) can assist with:
Sharing corporate-approved scripts across all locations or teams
Helping leadership roll out standardized messaging
Answering questions about best practices for script usage
This approach allows organizations to maintain brand and messaging consistency without limiting individual creativity.
