Video messaging helps senior living teams build trust
quickly with prospects and families. Many videos will naturally be recorded on
the fly, responding personally to a specific question or situation. That
flexibility is part of what makes video so effective.
However, when users are first getting started, or when
organizations want to ensure consistent messaging during important moments, scripts
can be incredibly valuable.
Corporate video scripts provide a confident starting point,
helping team members know what to say while maintaining brand alignment and a
consistent experience across communities.
Using the SalesMail AI Script Library and Teleprompter,
organizations can create and share approved corporate messaging that users can
easily personalize and deliver naturally from day one — helping new users build
confidence quickly while ensuring families receive a high-quality, consistent
introduction to your organization.
Personalization Merge Elements
Scripts can include merge fields that automatically populate
each team member’s information when recording.
[YOUR
NAME]
[TITLE]
[COMMUNITY]
This allows organizations to share one approved corporate
script across multiple communities while still delivering a personalized
experience for each family or prospect.
For example:
“Hi, I’m [YOUR NAME], the [TITLE] at [COMMUNITY]…”
automatically appears as:
“Hi, I’m Jane Smith, the Community Relations Director at
Treeville Community.”
Step 1: Create your Corporate Scripts
The first step is to develop
your corporate scripts - but you don’t have to start from scratch. The
following examples highlight two common use cases to help you get started.
Use these samples as
inspiration when creating your own corporate scripts, and customize the
language to reflect your organization’s voice, expectations, workflows, and the
experience you want families to have.

Step 2: Add and Share Corporate Scripts in SalesMail
Once your organization has finalized scripts in your own
corporate voice, they can be added to SalesMail and shared across your
communities so teams can begin recording right away.
Important: Corporate scripts are created and
distributed from your organization’s corporate SalesMail account by an
administrator — typically a VP of Marketing, VP of Sales, training leader, or
designated delegate.
If you need assistance identifying the right administrator
or setting up scripts, your Client Success Specialist is happy to help.
How to Add and Share a Corporate Script
Navigate
to the AI Script Library.
Select
+ New Script in the upper right
Give
the script a name (e.g. Corporate – Inquiry Response) and paste your
finalized corporate script into the text box as shown below.
Be sure to select the Share with Team checkbox so the script
becomes available across your organization. If you do not see this option,
contact your Client Success Specialist.
Select
Create to save your script.
What Happens Next for Community Teams
Once a script is shared:
The
script automatically appears in each user’s Script Library.
Community-level
users do not need to upload or create anything themselves. Personal
details such as the user’s name, title, and community information populate
automatically within the script based on the merge elements used.
Users
can simply select the script and begin recording using the teleprompter
immediately.
A Simple Recommendation
Start by sharing a small number of high-impact scripts such
as inquiry responses or tour reminders to help users gain confidence quickly.
As adoption grows, you may expand your library to support
additional workflows including follow-ups, evergreen videos, recruitment
outreach, and more.
