When sending SalesMail videos from your desktop, the email program you use could be blocking the tracking function in your SalesMail for opens.  Some email programs might have security setting that block tracking or other tools to see when someone opens your email. This doesn’t affect showing the views as this come directly from your SalesMail URL. While is always nice to see when someone open our email, seeing the views is what matters. When you see a view you know that your recipient watched your video and your message was received.
