SalesMail WelcomeHome Integration

SalesMail WelcomeHome Bidirectional Mobile App Integration

Use the SalesMail WelcomeHome integration by tapping the CRM button at the bottom of your SalesMail mobile app.

From there, you can:

  • Search for prospects or influencers directly in WelcomeHome
  • Send a new or Favorite SalesMail video with the recipient’s email or phone number automatically populated
  • Use personalized lenses (like the Whiteboard) that auto-fill with your recipient’s first name
  • Get SalesMail Sidekick recommendations on the best video to record based on the sales stage
  • Receive push notifications showing exactly who watched your video
  • Automatically log a completed SalesMail activity back into WelcomeHome

All of this helps you move faster, stay organized, and focus on building meaningful connections with your prospects.


How it works:

  • Click the CRM icon at the bottom of your SalesMail app. If you don't see the CRM button, reach out to your Client Success Specialist for integration setup.
  • Search for the name of an influencer or prospect and choose one from the results.
  • The SalesMail Sidekick will give video recommendations based on the sales stage.

  • Select a favorite SalesMail, record a new video, or select an associated influencer to send a video to.
    Bonus: If you record a new video, the custom text lenses such as the Whiteboard Lens are prepopulated with your recipient's name!
  • When you share via text or email, the phone number or email address will be prepopulated with that of your selected prospect or influencer.
  • When your video is viewed, you'll see a push notification showing who watched your video!

  • An activity will be written into WelcomeHome to document your SalesMail video outreach. Example below:

You can also send bulk or automated messages in WelcomeHome in such a way that you get detailed view tracking so you can see who watched the video. Using the SalesMail Desktop portal (https://portal.mysalesmail.com)

You can also paste SalesMail videos directly into email messages or templates in WelcomeHome:
  1. Create an email draft in WelcomeHome.  
  2. When you are ready to paste a SalesMail into that email draft, log into the SalesMail Desktop Portal using the same credentials you use for the SalesMail mobile app. 
  3. Go to 'My Videos' (or 'Team Results') and click the green mail icon to the right of the video you want to share.  This will bring you to the Share page.
  4. Click the  'Share via WelcomeHome' (or 'Share via CRM') button to copy your SalesMail video and then paste into the email draft in WelcomeHome. 
  5. Be sure to edit your activity in WelcomeHome to change it to a "SalesMail" activity type.
