Using Quo Snippets with SalesMail Evergreen Videos

Quo Snippets are a great way to quickly send reusable SalesMail videos through text message workflows.

Because SalesMail video links remain stable, you can save evergreen videos inside Quo snippets and send them in seconds without recording a new video each time.

This helps you respond faster while still building personal trust with families.

How to Set Up a Snippet

1. Record Your Evergreen Video in SalesMail

Create and save your reusable video in SalesMail, if you haven't already.

In the SalesMail portal, go to the My Videos page and hit the share arrow to the right of the evergeen video you want to use.  Then click the 'Text or Social' button to copy your SalesMail link.


3. Create a Snippet in Quo

Inside Quo:

  • Type /snippet
  • Create a new snippet
  • Paste your SalesMail link into the message and add any additional text such as, "Click to watch the video I recorded for you about <insert topic here>".
  • Save the snippet

Example:

Hi {{First Name}}, this is Sarah with ABC Home Care. I wanted to send over a quick video introduction so you know what to expect next:
[SalesMail Link]
