You can include a SalesMail video directly inside emails sent through Yardi Senior Living CRM or Yardi RENTCafé CRM using the HTML insert option in the email editor.

Follow the steps below to add your video.

Step 1: Copy the SalesMail HTML Code

1. Log into the SalesMail portal and navigate to the video you want to share.  Click the share button to the right of the video to go to the share page. 
   

2. On the share page, scroll to the bottom and click the 'Copy Full HTML' button. 
   
   

Step 2: Create or Open an Email in Yardi

1. Log into Yardi Senior Living or RENTCafé CRM.

2. Open the prospect or activity where you want to send your email.

3. Create a new email or open an existing draft.

Step 3: Insert the HTML Element

1. In the email editor toolbar, click the HTML snippet / Insert HTML button (circled in blue in the screenshot below).
   
   

(This option allows you to add custom HTML content without switching to Source view.)

Step 4: Paste Your SalesMail HTML

1. Paste the full SalesMail HTML code into the HTML window.

2. Click the checkmark or Save button to insert it into your email.

Your SalesMail video preview should now appear inside the email body.

Step 5: Send Your Email

• Add any additional text or attachments.

• Send your email as usual.

Recipients will see a clickable SalesMail video gif directly inside the message.
