Salesforce users have a custom share button and SalesMail template in their SalesMail Desktop Portal, making it easier than ever to share videos via Salesforce. If you have your SalesMail CRM integration set up for Salesforce, the button circled in blue below will say Share Via Salesforce*.  By clicking this button, the custom SalesMail template for Salesforce will be copied for you to paste and share SalesMail videos in messages generated in Salesforce.  You can also see a preview of your template in the 'Email Preview' box on the right.  Please note that if you will be sharing via a text message generated from within Salesforce, you will use the 'Share via Text' button instead. 

*When you log into your SalesMail Portal, if your button still says 'Share via CRM', hard refresh your browser (press CTRL+Shift+R in most browsers) to make sure you are on the latest version.  If your button still says 'Share via CRM', reach out to your Client Success Specialist to get your integration set up.
