Entrata users have a custom share button and SalesMail template in their SalesMail Desktop Portal, making it easier than ever to share videos via Entrata. If you have your SalesMail CRM integration set up for Entrata, the button circled in blue below will say Share Via Entrata*.  By clicking this button, the custom SalesMail template for Entrata will be copied for you to paste and share SalesMail videos in messages generated in your Entrata CRM.  You can also see a preview of your template in the 'Email Preview' box on the right.  Please note that if you will be sharing via a text message generated from within Entrata, you will use the 'Share via Text' button instead. 

*When you log into your SalesMail Portal, if your button still says 'Share via CRM', hard refresh your browser (press CTRL+Shift+R in most browsers) to make sure you are on the latest version.  If your button still says 'Share via CRM', reach out to your Client Success Specialist to get your integration set up.    

Step 1: In the SalesMail Portal, go to your list of videos in 'My Results' (or 'My Videos') and click the green envelope next to the video you want to share.  Then click the 'Share Via Entrata' button to copy your SalesMail.
