How to Use SalesMail with Dialpad

Dialpad users can easily send SalesMail videos via text message using the Dialpad integration. Simply record a new video or select a favorite SalesMail video, then share it through Dialpad to continue the conversation in a more personal way.

How it works - Mobile App

  1. Record a new video in SalesMail or choose an existing video from your library.

  2. Tap the "Share Dialpad" icon on the share page. This will automatically copy your SalesMail video link and open DialPaid on your device. 
          











   






 3. Navigate to:
                  Message, or
                  The specific Contact/Conversation you want to send the SalesMail Video

           

     4. Paste the SalesMail video link into a text message draft in Dialpad. 
     5. Send the Message
          
NOTE:  Your recipient can click the link to instantly watch your SalesMail video.

How it works - Web Portal

  1. Record a new video in SalesMail or choose an existing video from your library on the Webportal.

  2. From the Share Page, Tap the "Text or Social" icon.  This will automatically copy your SalesMail video link. 
          
     
     3. Open the Dialpad application 
     4. Navigate to:
                  Message, or
                  The specific Contact/Conversation you want to send the SalesMail Video
        
     4. Paste the SalesMail video link into the "New message" box for the contact/conversation selected. 
     5. Send the Message

         

NOTE:  Your recipient can click the link to instantly watch your SalesMail video
