SalesMail Results on Mobile Dashboard
The SalesMail Results panel on your mobile app dashboard shows the number of videos you created, number of times you shared videos, and number of views on videos during the selected time period (default is past 90 days).
Where are my opens? We’ve updated your dashboard to show Shares instead of Opens. While opens can be unreliable (many email and device settings block them), Shares give a clearer picture of your activity — showing how many times you’ve sent out your videos, whether evergreen or brand new. This way, your stats reflect the effort you put into sharing SalesMails, not just technical tracking in the background. You may still access Opens stats on the Video Details page, My Videos, Team Videos, and Reports in the SalesMail portal.
