Yardi, Entrata, Knock, Salesforce, WelcomeHome, Aline, Enquire, Sherpa, and Zoho users now have a custom share button and SalesMail templates in their SalesMail Desktop Portal, making it easier than ever to share videos via their CRM!  If you have your SalesMail CRM integration set up for one of the systems mentioned above, the button circled in blue below will now reflect the name of your CRM system*.  By clicking this button, the custom SalesMail template for your CRM system will be copied for you to paste and share SalesMail videos in messages generated in your CRM.  You can also see a preview of your template in the 'Email Preview' box on the right.   This new button and custom template is in addition to any bidirectional integration you may have already been using in your SalesMail mobile app.  Please note that if you will be sharing via a text message generated from within your CRM, you will use the 'Share via Text' button instead. 

*When you log into your SalesMail Portal, if your button still says 'Share via CRM', hard refresh your browser (press CTRL+Shift+R in most browsers) to make sure you are on the latest version.  If your button still says 'Share via CRM', reach out to your Client Success Specialist to get your integration set up.
