"No media capture devices found" warning on SalesMail desktop portal
If you receive a warning that says "Sorry, no media capture devices found. A camera and microphone are required to send video messages!" when using the SalesMail desktop portal from your computer to record a SalesMail video, here are some things to try to resolve the issue.
1.
Make sure you are using the Google Chrome web browser. It is currently the only supported web browser for SalesMail. If you do not already have it on your machine, it can be downloaded here: https://www.google.com/chrome/
2. If it still doesn't work using the Google Chrome web browser, try rebooting your computer and try again.
3. If the issue is still not resolved, contact your Client Success Specialist.
