Get SalesMail Certified and become a SalesMail Expert
We’re excited to recognize the achievements of our awesome SalesMailers through our SalesMail Certification Program! Certified users receive a digital badge you can share on LinkedIn, in your email signature, or on social media. There are three categories of certification:
This certification recognizes users who have learned the fundamentals of SalesMail and have demonstrated their ability to record and send video messages. Complete a quick online quiz (~5 minutes) and then send a sample video to support@salesmail.com with subject line "Certification" to complete the process. Don't worry - the test is not difficult and if needed, you can retake it as many times as needed (SalesMail Certification Study Guide). We will send your SalesMail Certified badge within 1-4 business days.
SalesMail Certified Leader
The SalesMail Certified Leader badge honors individuals who have achieved SalesMail Certification and demonstrated strong leadership in guiding their teams to effectively use video communication. By leading through example, Certified Leaders drive adoption and highlight the value of incorporating SalesMail videos into everyday business communication.

SalesMail Expert
The SalesMail Expert badge is a special recognition for SalesMailers who record videos regularly and received an average of at least ten views per month for the past three months. When your account meets the qualifications, we will automatically send your SalesMail Expert badge! To check your views, select 'Past 90 Days' in the SalesMail Results section of the Dashboard in your SalesMail mobile app. If you have at least 30 views in the past 90 days and have not yet received your SalesMail Expert badge, contact your Client Success Specialist or send an email to support@salesmail.com to let us know.
