Leasing Professionals: How to use SalesMail to save time and secure more leases

Leasing agents use SalesMail to save a tremendous amount of time and secure more leases. Here's how:
1. Record a library of apartment tour videos
- As units become available, use SalesMail to record tour videos and build a library of favorites.
- This library will be especially helpful in cases where someone inquires when a particular unit isn't currently available for a tour. A video of a similar unit (or a recording from the same unit when it wasn't occupied) can be shared to help move the process along more quickly.
- Prospects can watch the video over and over again and fall in love with the apartment and can share it with family and friends so they can as well!
- Video tours are helpful even for people who are able to come in for a face-to-face tour; it keeps your property top of mind.
2. Record an intro video
- Record a generic, but personal feeling introduction message to send to inquiries to put a face to the name and create a more personal, memorable experience with your community. If possible, add video to your auto-responder.
3. Use your videos in your sales process
- Make it a habit to send your intro video to new inquiries.
- Share video tours with prospects to save time and secure leases faster.
- Record additional videos as needed, including an occasional personalized one-on-one video when you need it to seal the deal!
