Hi,  [First Name] It's [Your Name] here at [Community Name].

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that I so appreciate you and your family taking the time to tour with me last week.

I know everyone is super busy right now, so I really appreciate it and I hope that I was helpful and able to answer all of your questions. I was also gonna let you know that even if you do not choose [Community Name] as the future home for Bob, I just want to be a resource for you. Even if you choose another community in the area, you can always come to me with questions about senior living, and I will always be here for you.

My cellphone number is right below, so I am just a text away and I also was thinking about Bob today. Happy opening day for baseball. I know that we thought it would never get here, but it is, and I know he's super excited to be cheering on his Yankees. So I was gonna let you know I also looked through my closet and I can be a Yankee fan for at least one day out of the year just for Bob. So let him know that and I hope you guys are having a great week and we'll talk to you soon. Bye bye.

  • Be yourself—friendly, helpful, and upbeat

  • It’s OK to glance at your notes, but speak from the heart and avoid reading straight from a script.
