Sending a personalized SalesMail video after a tour and showing that you listened and heard what is important to your prospect and/or family members is the way to seal the deal! Here we share a sample video for inspiration, and some follow up steps to help you record your own.

Sample Video (for inspiration—not to memorize!)

“Hi,  [First Name] It's [Your Name] here at [Community Name].

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that I so appreciate you and your family taking the time to tour with me last week.

I know everyone is super busy right now, so I really appreciate it and I hope that I was helpful and able to answer all of your questions. I was also gonna let you know that even if you do not choose [Community Name] as the future home for Bob, I just want to be a resource for you. Even if you choose another community in the area, you can always come to me with questions about senior living, and I will always be here for you.
