SalesMail Aline/Enquire Integration

If your account is connected to Aline (Enquire), SalesMail makes it easy to find prospects, send personalized videos, and automatically log your activity—all in one seamless workflow.

What you can do

With the integration enabled, you can:

  • Search for prospects directly from SalesMail
  • Record a new video or send a favorite
  • Automatically populate the To: field with your prospect’s email or mobile number
  • Log a SalesMail activity in Aline/Enquire automatically
  • Auto-personalize lenses with your recipient’s first name
  • See exactly who watched your video with push notifications

Here is how it works:

  1. Make sure you are on the latest version of the SalesMail app.
  2. Tap the CRM icon at the bottom of your SalesMail app.   If you don't see the CRM button, reach out to your Client Success Specialist or email us at support@salesmail.com so that we can make sure your integration is set up correctly.  Please note that your email address in Enquire must match your email address in SalesMail in order for the integration to work.
     

  3. This will bring you to a screen where you can search for a prospect in Enquire.  You can type in a full or partial name and hit 'Done' to search.

  4. Select your prospect from the search results and you'll receive Sidekick coaching on the best video to record next.  Then choose to create a new video or use a favorite.

  5. Hint:  If you choose to record a new video, the custom text lenses such as the Whiteboard or Wood Sign lenses will automatically populate with your recipient's first name.  
  6. After recording a new video or selecting a Favorite, share it.  Your prospect's contact info will prepopulate in the To: box of your message.
  7. A SalesMail activity will automatically be recorded in Aline/Enquire.
