How to Add SalesMail Users

We are always happy to set up new users for you, but Corporate and Admin users have the ability to add SalesMail users if they wish.

1. Log into the SalesMail Portal and click the Users menu item on the left.
2. Click 'Add User' button 
2. Enter the user’s Title, Name, and Email in the left panel. You can usually skip the Signature Details on the right—the location’s address and phone are filled in by default. If the user wants a different phone number on their SalesMails, enter it for them in the Phone field. or they can add it themselves after they log in.
3. Hit the 'Add User' button when you are ready.  An invitation email with their temporary password will be emailed to them right away.  If they don't see it, have them check their junk/spam folder. 
4.  Please inform your Client Success Specialist when you add users so we can be sure to get them trained!
