How to share SalesMail using Zoho Mail

  1. In the SalesMail Portal https://portal.mysalesmail.com go to My Results and click the green envelope next to the video you want to share.

  2. Click 'Share via Email'

  3. Open a new email draft in Zoho Mail.  Right click in the body of the email and select 'Paste' to paste the SalesMail preview into the email draft.


  4. Finish up your email (enter to, subject, drop a note above your video, etc.) and send! 



Note:  If the SalesMail preview does not look complete/correct, you can use the method below to share the full HTML version of the SalesMail:

  1. Scroll down to the bottom left and select ‘Insert Full HTML’.

 

  1. Start a new email draft in Zoho Mail.
  2. Click the Insert HTML symbol as shown below.  The symbol looks like this:  </>

 

 

  1.  Right-click in the box that opens up and select ‘Paste’ to insert the SalesMail HTML.  Then click the ‘Insert’ button.
  2. Finish up your email (enter to, subject, drop a note above your video, etc.) and send!
