Here are three updates for HeartLegacy clients who have a Marketing Package that includes professionally edited videos.  These updates do not apply to SalesMail-only clients. 

RemyGo Users - Be sure you update your RemyGo app in the App Store or Google Play Store (or you can keep using Hightail)!  Previous versions of RemyGo will cease to work after 2/15/24 until you update your app.  

Remy (the original iPad Remy application) - The original Remy app from 2018 is being replaced by the all new RemyGo - a faster, easier solution that gives you more control over your content.  The original Remy application is no longer available in the App Store or Google Play.  HeartLegacy clients who submit content for professionally edited videos should download and use the RemyGo app (available in the App Store for your iPad or iPhone, or in the Google Play Store for your Android mobile device) or use Hightail to send content to HeartLegacy.  

HeartLegacy (the family app/network) -  The HeartLegacy app and family network website were originally developed as a way for family members and residents to share photos and videos with each other.  As communications and social media have evolved since 2018, it has become more common to share content directly via email, text, or mainstream social media.  This has resulted in almost zero usage on the HeartLegacy family network in the past two years.  As of 2/15/2024, the HeartLegacy family app will no longer available in the App Store or Google Play Store and the web version will no longer available.  Content from this legacy system has been saved, and the user.heartlegacy.com website will direct family members on how to request a copy of the content from HeartLegacy.
