Imagine this:  You and your team capture priceless photos and video footage of an amazing and emotional event at your community.  Photos and videos of hugs, special moments, and laughter are just waiting to be pulled together into an amazing video to share with the world.  But what could be a BEAUTIFUL video can stop in its tracks if any of those photos or videos get emailed or texted at some point on their way to HeartLegacy, rather than being sent directly from the device via RemyGo or Hightail. 

What happens when a photo or video gets emailed or texted?  Since email and text messaging can typically only handle smaller file sizes, your pics and videos get compressed and shrunk.  The resulting photo or video file is smaller, has lower resolution, is more pixelated, and most of the time can NO LONGER BE USED TO CREATE A HIGH QUALITY EDITED VIDEO!

When sending photos and videos to HeartLegacy, it is extremely important that those files are sent to us directly from the device on which they were captured, either by using RemyGo or by uploading them to Hightail ( https://spaces.hightail.com/uplink/heartlegacy - be sure to include your community name in the comments when you submit your content via Hightail).  This will ensure that your files do not get compressed and that we can use them to create beautiful videos for your community.
