Step 1: Create Your Free Calendly Account

1. Visit
   https://calendly.com

2. Click Get Started

3. Follow the setup prompts:

   • Add your name and email

   • Choose your availability

   • Set up your first event type (Party, Tour, Demo, Open House, etc.)

Calendly will automatically generate a sharable event link for each event type you create.

Step 2: Copy Your Calendly RSVP Link

Once your event is created:

1. Open your event inside Calendly

2. Click Share

3. Copy the link — it will look something like:
   
   https://calendly.com/yourname/event

You can create multiple event types for:

• Tours

• Demos

• Move-in consultations

• Activity RSVPs

• Seasonal events

Each one gets its own unique RSVP link.

Step 3: Add Your RSVP Link to a SalesMail CTA Button

Now that you have your Calendly link, you can make it clickable directly from your SalesMail videos.

1. Create a new SalesMail video or go to an existing video's share page. 

2. Click Add/Edit CTA Button.

3. Paste your Calendly RSVP link into the URL field.

4. Update the button text (examples below).

5. Save and send your SalesMail!

Step 4: Track Attendance Automatically

Once RSVPs start coming in:

• View them inside your Calendly dashboard
