📣 Detailed View Tracking for Videos Sent via CRM integrations in SalesMail




When you send SalesMail videos using one of these bidirectional CRM integrations (Aline/Enquire, Aline/Sherpa, WelcomeHome) from the CRM search page in SalesMail, you’ll now see who watched your video instead of just geolocation data.  This lets you instantly spot and follow up with your hottest prospects and influencers.


📍 What’s New

Before:
When you shared a SalesMail video after searching for a prospect/influencer on your CRM page in SalesMail, your Activity Feed and Video Details pages only showed general geolocation data for each viewer.

Now:
When you send videos through the CRM page in SalesMail, you’ll see:

  • âś… Viewer names and/or emails in your push notifications when they view or comment

  • âś… Viewer names and/or emails in your Activity Feed

  • âś… Viewer names and/or emails on your Video Details pages


⚙️ How It Works

This feature works automatically — no setup or settings are required.

Here’s the workflow:

  1. Log into your SalesMail Portal or SalesMail Mobile App (Update to the latest version in App Store or Play Store).

  2. Go to the CRM page.

  3. Search to find a prospect or influencer from your CRM.

  4. Send them either:

    • A new video, or

    • A Favorite (saved video).

That’s it! Once they watch your video, their name and email will automatically appear in:

  • Your real-time push notifications

  • Your Activity Feed

  • The Video Details page


đź’ˇ Tips & Notes

  • This only applies to videos sent via the CRM page. which is only available for organizations who have a CRM integration set up (reach out to your Client Success Specialist for assistance). 

  • There are no extra steps or settings — just send videos through the CRM tab as usual.

  • This gives you clear insight into who is engaging with your videos so you can follow up quickly.
