Add video to your holiday gift cards, tags, or party invites with a SalesMail QR code!
Add a new level of joy and fun to your holiday cards, invites, and gifts by including a SalesMail QR code!
1. First, record a SalesMail video for your gift cards, tags, or event invitations. Here are a few ideas:
- Gather staff members and/or residents and record a video of everyone saying happy holidays or singing a song.
- Record singing a Christmas carol, reading a poem, or recapping some of the highlights of the year.
- Record a video with a heartfelt message of holiday cheer.
- Record the team inviting everyone to come to your holiday event.
2. Now it is time to create your QR code.
- Log into the SalesMail Desktop Portal (https://portal.mysalesmail.com) using the same login you use for your SalesMail mobile app.
- Click the QR Pro link on the left.
- Click the plus sign to create a new QR code.
- Give it a name like "Christmas Card 2023" and hit next.
- Click the checkmark to the right of the video you want to use and then hit next.
- Click 'Save and Download' (or use the design elements to modify your code first).
- Click the .PNG button (or select another file type you'd like to use)
3. It is time to print! Your QR code was saved to your Downloads folder. You can either incorporate the code into the design of your holiday cards or gift tags or event invites, or print it on stickers that can be applied to your cards, tags, or wherever else you would like! Hint: Online print companies like Vistaprint, Shutterfly, etc., have tools that make it easy to add images such as QR codes for your custom cards, tags, or stickers.
