The ActiveDEMAND integration with SalesMail makes it easy for mutual clients to embed SalesMail video messages into their marketing and sales workflows — with attribution and tracking across both platforms.

What the Integration Does

Once connected, your SalesMail videos will be available within ActiveDEMAND as Content Cards. These can be used throughout the platform, including:

  • Landing pages

  • Email campaigns

  • Drip automations

  • Sales outreach sequences

This gives you the power to seamlessly incorporate SalesMail videos into your marketing while leveraging ActiveDEMAND’s robust automation and audience segmentation tools.

Dual Tracking & Attribution

  • ActiveDEMAND tracks engagement and attribution, including move-ins or other conversions driven by SalesMail videos.

  • Meanwhile, SalesMail retains its own detailed video tracking — views, opens, CTA clicks, emoji reactions, comments, and real-time push notifications for views and comments.

This gives you full visibility from first view to final conversion.

How to Set It Up

  1. Contact your HeartLegacy Client Success Specialist to request your SalesMail API Key for the ActiveDemand integration.

  2. Follow the integration steps in ActiveDEMAND to activate SalesMail content within your account.
